Elementary Principal Search Process Begins in December

Superintendent David Quattrone announced that an external consultant will facilitate the search for an Elementary Principal, beginning in early December. Dr. Martin G. Brooks, Director of the Tri-State Consortium, will conduct focus group sessions with members of the Board of Education, staff, parents, and district leaders. Brooks will summarize the results for the public at the December 19th Board of Education. The position will be advertised in January, and the screening process will begin in February. Dr. Brooks will also help screen candidates and orient the interviewing committee. A recommendation and appointment are scheduled for the spring.

Parents and staff members are invited to complete a survey regarding the needs of the school. The survey is available here, and responses should be submitted no later than December 6th.

Parents and staff members are also invited to participate in the open sessions on December 12th, facilitated by our consultant.
